Chicken Coop & Hoop Coop Build - Pine, CO

We built a custom 8x12 ft shed-style chicken coop in Pine, Colorado, featuring a dedicated chicken zone with locally foraged roosting ladders, easy-access nesting boxes, a sweep-out door for simple cleaning, and access to the existing small covered outdoor run. The structure also includes a feed storage area with a latched wooden bin, a prep table, and a brooding station for introducing new chicks. To expand their outdoor space, we installed a hog-wire hoop coop—providing plenty of room for grazing, scratching, and sand bathing.
